i want to ask that what are the criteria of house tax(muncipal tax) for residential flat in indore (m.p)

Generally there are number of factors for calculation of house-tax such as plinth area, year of construction, locality, etc. which is otherwise a state subject.
Findout from Municipality office if it is not available on net.

you will have to check the criteria with muncipal corporation of indore . generally year of construction , location , amenities offered are the basic yardsticks on which property tax levied
