Agri land lease for 99 years

Dear Legal experts,
Pl. give your suggestion for the following proposal.

I have Agricultural land about 11 acars,I wish to sale the land, but due to family dispute between wife/ daughter I can't sale, The Land is on my name, due to mis-understanding my wife and daughter not saying with me, and they put-up the demand legal case for 50% share on the property,
If I wish to give it on 99 years lease, ( understanding that I will be disposing ( sale ) the same after my case ends. )
What are the legal areas I have take care during this lease deed agreement.

On what grounds your wife and daughter has claimed 50% and whether any stay from court has been taken or not by them against sale?

Better consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.
