my brother in the book business. He wants to print two prices on the books ? he is trader and also own publisher also?
can he put two mrp on the book?
pl suggest the direction if available others solution .

You can put two MRPs on teh same book.

Have seen packed items with different MRPs for different areas.

For Example
MRP Rs.100 in AP, TN,Ker
MRP Rs.105 in other places

Legal metrology act does not apply on books, unless the package is sold in sealed conditions, not open to check by the buyer before purchase.

MRP in case of hard bound and paper packs can differ but not on the same item, like paper packs with two different MRPs cannot be permissible.

In my opinion. there is no any specific bar to have two MRPs on books.

So, the author can make a precedence
