Bail granted in 498a by high court and laid down condition

Dear sir,

High court patana granted provisional bail instructed to appear within 4week in session court for bail from the date of order 31-01-2014.
my advocate communicate me today to appear in session court on 28th feb is last day.

sir, advice that if i am not able to appear in session court on 28th feb to get bail then what will be happened. what action is to reasonable in the crucial time for me to save my bail.

Prime requirement is to appear before the Session Court Patna before or the on the due date.

It is better to appear. If you fail to do so then you have to apply before the high court for relaxation of condition.
