if a pvt ltd company wants to buy 5000acr agriculture land in UP for a project; so what is the process to take permission to buy such land and for which all department

first you apply for an ind./ project licence, if it is a licensed trade or project, you will be asked about land availability/allotment.there you will be guided either to go to a single window clearance for all requirements or asked to approach various govt.depts.

you also need a project consultant/tech advisor for making DPR besides a lawyer for drafting suitable agreements ,etc..

these days various state govts. have started ind.and tech consultancy ORGANISATIONS TO HELP BUDDING INDUSTRIALISTS AND EXPEDITE STATE'S IND.PROGRESS.

You can not hold so much of agricultural land in UP.

You need approval of your project first then to go with acquisition process as provided in law.
