chelling a registered will

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 03 November 2009 This query is : Resolved
dear sirs,

it is to draw your kind attention that my grand father(Nana g) died in 2009 having a registered will in 2004 may, giving all share to his sons excluding my mumy and her two sisters.
My query is this that is there any way for my mother to get her share in her father self accuried property?

In your case since the property is self acquired and has been duly willed by your grandfather in favour of your maternal uncles, your mother and aunts cannot claim share in the property.

Properties were the self acquired properties of your g/f, so your mother cannot claim any share.

i agree with Vishal Ji, now u can not claim such share.

however u may challenge the will, if u have any proof that the same is bogus one.

I do not agree with the opinion of any of the above noted experts that the property was self acquired, Who told this fact??????????? This fact is not present in the quarry.

If the property was ancestral left by your Nana ji then your mother and both of her sisters are equally entitled for the share in the properties left by him otherwise if the propertied left by him were self acquired then the opinion as given by experts above is correct.

Mr Makkad

Looks like you have not read the question properly, regarding the nature of the property, we have formed our opinion after going through this particular detail in the query which is self explanatory "My query is this that is there any way for my mother to get her share in her father self accuried property?". Hope you have changed your opinion now and concur with us.
