30 days mandate required for the registration of marriage?

Hey, i was thinking of the possibilities of cutting down on the said 30 days mandate required for the registration of marriage. In a case where one of the parties do not reside in the country, and anything in 30 to more days shall be a challenge. Your take on the available options?... Would dearly help.

The author should maintain decency, politeness and should be humble while seeking clarification here, the people here are doing noble service by sacrificing their valuable time and energy to reply and render their services/opinions at free of cost, therefore the arrogant/ill behaved authors may not get any advise/suggestion/opinion unless they mend themselves.
