GPA coupled with interest can not be revoked by the principal at his sweet will.

Approach the local advocate, take his help in drafting the GPA. A ready made draft will not help you.

Mere writing the word ' irrevocable' would not help as it is the nature of duties which would determine whether the same is revokable or irrevocable.
So indeed get in touch with an advocate.

Agree with the expert that the GPA coupled with interest can be irrevocable. Take guidance of some senior colleague.

It is to be drafted as per individual needs and circumstances. One such draft is available at to give brief knowledge:

GPA can be revoked under the ordinary circumstances except if it is specified about the interest in it. For draft you may contact a local advocate.
