Change of name in sra annexure

Hello all,
There is a sra construction going by the developer sai krupa in our area of the SRA Building. There is one questions on which I need the help from your side.

1 – The hutments in which I reside is owned by my father and he died 2 years ago.
2 – Now all the documents have been transferred in my mother’s name.
3 – The name in the SRA annexure is of my father, how I can add my mother’s name to it.
4 – What are the ways to get this work done or should we keep the name as it is?
Please… Would appreciate your help in this case..

forward copy of death certificate , nOc of other legal heirs to builder . make application to SRA

ok.. will send the same to the builder,
will he pay the charges of the complete process of the name change or it will be paid by us? Also if the process wil be done through sra than, will we recive the allotment letter on my mother.s name. once the name as been changed

you have to spend money . builder wont spend any amount in SRA

You have to pay the expanses and have to do follow up for getting it done.
