Dear Sir,
i did court marriage on 10-11-11 and again 27-1-12 then with all our cast formalities. got baby boy on 9-12-12. my wife (govt Employee)is Teacher in Municipality school. she file a false case on 18-06-2013.as per our cast rules she have live in in law house in pregnant. she want separate from my parents and i m not agree.we are only four member include my wife. my father is senior citizen.
on 18-06-2013 i went my in law house to bring my wife back but my sala,father in law,mother in law and her neighbor not allow me to enter me in my in law house after that i left my in law house
After she called 100 (police) and told that i bitten her and all are witness telling same in statement but believe me i did not touch her on that day. she went hospital with police and get certificate but no any injury found on that medical certificate.
Tell me how i will prove in court?
i have all Below Evidence.
1.all report and medical expanse of my wife during pregnant time that i spend.
2. she have completed Graduation from my home.
3.all call outgoing call details that i call her and tried to get back my home. i have call details of i also talked with my father in law and mother in law.
4. i was in hospital before one week of the case due to deprecation. all bill and report.
5. my baby boy born on seventh month i spend more then 1,00,000 for save him. during born time he was just 1.6 kg and after just three month he was 4.5 kg i have all medical report and bills of my son.
6.my wife going school by activa i have all bill of my wife activa services spend by me.
7.i have my wife love letter that she wrote so many false promises.
8. voice recording of my mother in law, father in law and my wife in this recording they all are telling they want separate from my parents.
i complain in GHRC, chief minister, district collector, home minister, they all reply to my city police commissioner but still date no any action taken by police.
Please advice me on this all evidence which type of cases i will file in session court or high court against of my wife and my in law house members?

you dont file any case . contest cases filed by your wife on merits .
since you are the only son you cannaot be pressurised to stay separate from your parents . you have to take care of them in old age .
the documents in your possession show that you are a car ing husband and father . you have pent more than 1 lakh to save your premature baby .
you have not given details of false cases filed by your wife . it is necessary to go through the cases filed by your wife , averments made in complaint to advise

Presently defend the cases against you. Don't file any new from your side.

You have no other option but to defend the cases on merits. You have good grounds to get the cases cancelled hence defend those vigorously and effectively.
