Special leave petition (slp)

(Querist) 11 December 2013 This query is : Resolved
My petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C. for Quashing an FIR and all further proceedings mandating therefrom is erroneously rejected by the High Court.

I intend to file a Special Leave Petition (SLP) in the Hon’ble Supreme Court challenging the said Order and Judgment of the High Court.

Queries:-

1. Whether an application under section 482 of Cr.P.C. “addressing to the Chief Justice of India and his other companion Justices of the Supreme Court” is needed to be filed ALONG WITH the main SLP in the Supreme court?

OR

2. The copy of the application already filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. in the High Court, which is to be filed as ANNEXURE – “P1” with the SLP, would serve the purpose?

3. Whether “AN APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION FOR FILING THE SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION” is also needed to be filed along with the SLP?
