Dear sir

This is Naga Prasad from Ap, one person forgees my signature on pronote for Rs 9,00,000 on single note and file suit on 2 nd additional senior judge , i am not apper count and case X party declaration by judge , after 10 days i am file sucsite petition on court , before that one my property attached bfore judgement by court

whats next step can i Do...

A decree already passed ,property attached and you are loafing here for advises there after.ENGAE A GOOD CIVIL LAW LAWYER AS SOON AS YOU CAN AND FOLLOW HIS ADVISE.

Here you are late and if still be here there would be more late.

You need to move for setting aside the exparte decree for which you would now need to furnish a security /guarantee bond ,only then your application would be entertain.

Please examine the judgment and decree whether the plaintiff has proved his assertions.Even if ex-parte, it is illegal to decree a suit on the basis of assertions in plaint even if there is no rebuttal or contra -evidence.

These are secondary aspects. Your first priority should be get the the judgment and decree annulled and suit retried.

agree with experts . move court for setting aside exaparte decree passed . if you say your signature has been forged have you filed any criminal complaint against the person who forged your signature

no sir , i am file sucside petition in court. In andhra courts baycourt till 21 st december by lawyers . due to Telangana Issue
