Our company has received a notice to stop the construction work as it is unauthorised. We are ready to remove it but it takes some time we have to reply immediately. what reply I hv to file? pls advise me.

You have not stated whether the notice has been sent by a lawyer or the court.

I presume that the same has been sent by the lawyer so better to send its reply through a lawyer which otherwise is not a problem for the company to hire.

This notice has been sent by muncipal authorty by Asst. Engineer to demolish that unauthorised construction

Contact building department with document that your construction is as per allotment or unauthorized.

Reply to the notice stating that when you are removing the construction and obtain their permission. If they do not give permission, you may have to demolish it instantly in reasonable time.
