Dear Sir ,

I have a friend of mine who wants to do a inter caste marriage but has a problem from girls family as they are threatening her of killing a guy and presurising her not to marry and harashing her regularly.and in boys family every one are ready.But boys parents are hesitating to take a bold step of getting both married as girls uncle is lawyer and also the way they are threatening . so can you please tell be the best approch how to resolve a conflict with any damage to both of there family and smooter way .Both boy and girl earn well are major .

They are major so they can take their own decision.They can marry under Special Marriage Act by filing one month due notice and register their marriage to the Marriage Officer in local Block in presence of three any witnesses. After marriage lodge a complaint to the local police Station with a copy of Marriage Certificate and age proof.Contact with a Marriage Officer for further details.

Won't it create problem later, if they appose within 30 days and torchure girl to file a case against a boy based on untrue events and stories.How to aviod this .and what way we can make this happen peacfully without any problems .

Boy is safe till the girl depose in his favor. If any case is filed it has to be defended.

Both marrying parties after marriage can take police protection either from the office of SP or sessions judge. They shall not face any problem as they shall be provided with the shelter home if they anticipate any threat to life.
