Addition in the property card/ 7/12 extract

We are co-operative society whose conveyance is pending for which case was filed in consumer court court have given judgement in our favour for coveyance and now we are proposing redevelopment of building along with developer. The builder has agreed to give consent decree for the same in court. Now we wish to know whether it is possible to add our society's name as joint owner in the property card/ 7/12 extract before signing consent decree in the court.

NO . only after builder executes deed of conveyance in favour of society can you make application for adding society name ion property card . the fact that builder has agreed to give conveyance in society name should protect your interests .in consent terms insist that conveyance shall be executed by builder within 4 months or so .
