Ratification of grammatical errors in 1st appeal

I filed an appeal which have some grammatical and spelling mistakes can court will allow me to ratify the same is there any provision in CPC regarding this

if these are minor mistakes ignore them . before your appeal is numbered you can rectify the mistakes .

file application for amendments u/s 151 of cpc in court.

If the mistakes changes meaning of the facts stated or grounds, then you may file an application for amendment and seek permission for the amendment from the court , provided the stage of the case is not final and all replies and WS is not submitted by the other party and court has not concluded the case.
