raj kumar makkad sir we went to local court and lawyer but they said it is not possible.

our topic is government acquired land but not in use upto today so, we want get back the land from the government. on the basis suit file against the government. and one fact is it is possible get back the land?

Once the land has been acquired and you got compensation, the question of trying to get back the land does not arise.

Whether or not the government has used the land for the purpose for which it acquired the same, is immaterial.

You cannot get back the land.
