Appeal against order of summary report

Dear Experts need your help in a very complex criminal case :

A malicious false criminal case is framed against me and I am victim and hence need your help:

In this criminal case Police had filed originally a 'B' summary report in 2009 which was in my favor, and the CJM had accepted it in 2010, further the complainant filed a revision against this order and Sessions court directed the police to re-investigation and submission of final report (2010). Complying with this order Police this time filed 'C' summary report.
The CJM (on 4th Sept 2013)did not accept this report and ordered to execute the sessions court 2010 order and file a charge sheet.

There is a wider scope to appeal against this order as the sessions court order of 2010 has already complied with and it never ordered for filing a charge sheet..

Query :

My question is under which sec can I appeal against this order. Can I use the sec 372 cr pc as a victim. and can I appeal in sessions court ?
