My grandfather passed away recently. He had 5 kids. 2 sons and 3 girls. Most of his property has already been divided between his two sons. The property that is remaining needs to be divided between the two sons. My aunts want to relinquish any interest in property that remains. My grandfather did make a will in the USA stating he wants his properties to be divided between his two sons. My parents are coming to Punjab in a couple months to settle eveything. Are there forms that my aunts need to fill out before hand?? like no obligation certificates?? Are there certain procedures to follow in this case??

There is no dispute among the legal heirs. Consult a lawyer or document writer in your place for all the paper work.

Your aunts shall have to appear in person before the registrar and shall have to execute and register their relinquishment deed otherwise they shall always remain owners to the extent of 60% share in the entire properties even though those have been partitioned among your father and uncle.
