WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST A "PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST" WHO IS REQUITING PEOPLE WITH OUT TAKING ANY LICENCE FROM THE LABOUR DEPRTMENT. ALSO SUCH ORGANIZATION DEDUCT MONEY FROM THE SALARY OF THE EMPLOYEE IN NAME OF PF AND DEPOSITING THE SAME TO THE EPF DEPARTMENT?

I feel, before posting your query, you were not sure about what is what about the organisation. On one hand as per your query heading the Trust is a "fraud organisation" and on the other you have mentioned that as a "Public Charitable Trust."
Further, what do you mean by "requiting people?" If you intend to say recruiting, can a public charitable trust not recruit people. If not, why that cannot recruit for doing work of the organisation?
If people are serving in the organisation, as its employees, why PF cannot be deducted and deposited with the EPFO?

there is no offence rather compliance of law if PF is duly deposited.

Sir, this is registered public charitable trust, (registered at sub regiser 'office, Bhubaneswar). This Trust has not obtained any labour licence like Shop & establishment, also not obtained any code from the EPF department. But it is requiting people and deduct the PF in name of EPF by providindg false account numbers. Many people are suffered evey day and this organization also obtained "SERVICE BOND" FROM ITS EMPLOYEE AND force every employee to service for it otherwise to file procedding against them. wHAT CAN BE THE BETTER ADVICE TO PROTECT SUCH EMPLOYEE FROM SUCH ORGANIZATION?

File a complaint with the Commissioner EPFO. They will send a team to investigate the matter and if deductions are made and not remitted they can even get jail in addition to recovery of the EPF money and fine.
