I was dismissed from service from a cenrtal autonomous body by fabricating a charge sheet.The enquiry had lot of defects and not conducted as per rules of the govt.
However,when I challenged in the High Court Chennai,I could not win it.
Again when I approached through RTI Act,with an intention to get additional documents and information from the autonomous body and file the case in the Supreme Court,they did notrespond.
As a result now the time to file the appeal to the Supreme Court is over.
Also,in my case discrimination and violation of fundamental rights is there.
I am a poor man,cannot afford to meet the expenses to file the case.Even the Supreme Court Legal services Coomittee is not readily helping us.
What I can do now?

Your query merely makes a mention of the starting part and the end part of the problem omitting the intervening part.
You have not stated whether you submitted and appeal against the orders of dismissal to the prescribed appellate authority or not and what happened to that before you filed your case in the HC.
You have also not made any mention that in case of no response for your RTI application, whether you appealed to the appellate authority under the RTI Act or not and if no justice was recived from whether you approached the CIC or not.
You have also not stated on what ground your case was dismissed by the HC.
So, without knowing proper background of the case, how anyone of us can suggest you what you can do?

Moreover time for appeal in SC has passed, any relief is doubtful.

You can apply for fee legal aid if you fulfill that criteria.
