Partion of Land property is being resisted by the Owner

Hello sir/madam, Please suggest me, My Grand Fathers property around 30 Acres of land has been partitioned in 1980 among 8 Brothers,.
A has 8 acres B,C,D,E has 5 acres each as per pahani and F had his portion but sold long back. Now the problem is these lands are as per pahani only but in real all of these A to E enjoying their suit landed property by part which are part of the said pahanis, Ex A has 3 acres in B pahani and 1 acre in E pahani and other 1.5 acres in A pahani. Same case in all the people. but the pahani is different from the actual land cultivated by these people. Now the one who has A 8 acres is not willing sign the partition deed as per their real enjoyment he is deliberately delaying the time so in this case please please suggest what to do. we approach to tehsildar he said all Owners as per pahani is mandatory. But A is refusing to do the same... So legally how can we get our part of the share...

Then partition suit is the only option left.

File a suit for partition in the given facts before the civil court.

It is the job of your advocate , not you. Consult an advocate and file partition suit.
