Adv Archana Deshmukh (Expert) 28 July 2013
No explanations.. let the law get passed first. Unless it is passed nobody can predict in what form it will come out.

news are not law.

It is a breaking news for me that "there was LAW in media about wifes right on husbands anceater property."

So far as I know, media has not yet been vested with any authority by the Government to make any law.

bill is still not passed.

Dear Respected Experts,

I respect all the comment made above

As per the News on 20th July in Times of india, it says cabinet clears the law giving women a share in husbands inherited property of husband.

here what does inherited means ? is it if father share some percentage of property to son in the will is called inherited ?

Approval by cabinet does not mean passing of law. It has a long way to go still and its a procedure that takes time and in the meanwhile there can be many changes in the bill.
ajay sethi (Expert) 28 July 2013
s advised by experts mere clearance by cabinet is not sufficient . it has to be passed by both house of parliament . it may undergo many amendments in parliament before it is passed and President gives his assent

Well advised by the expert, nothing more to add.
