Sir/Madam,

I would like to know under what section of the law can my lawyer add as evidence certain documents before the MM in the Women Cell (Tis Hazari)?

My case is slated for hearing on the 5th of Aug. The hearing is for Arguments on framing of charge.

I am the victim in this case and would like to place a few more papers in the court.

Kindly advice and give any case reference in which this was allowed earlier.

At the time of charge hearing you can not give any papers unless you apply for addition charge by filing fresh petition.

Your lawyer cannot add any document at the stage of charge. The argument on the charge-sheet has only to take place. You shall be provided with ample opportunities to defend your case at appropriate stage.

today every plays victim, whom to trust? is a very big question before courts, courts even lost faith on the advocates though these advocates are called court officers...such is the trend...
