Sir,
The matter pertaining to demolition was remanded for exact measurement of area of demolition and dispose the matter in six months.This is ordered by II Addl. Dist.& Sessions Judge.
The commissioner is not acting though measurements are done /submitted. Started hearing the opponent.He is dragging. Six months are over on 20/6/13.
What can I do for speed justice? Which court to approach now? The sufferers are a 80 year aged couple wanting UGD.
Please guide and suggest a remedy which will give firm solution.

Go to the ADJ and ask for direction upon Corporation to act in a time frame manner.

You need to file an application before the trial commissioner reminding him the directions of the upper court with the age of the applicant/litigant and failing favourable action, move to the same ADJ court seeking compliance of the direction.
