Property cases

(Querist) 30 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Some civil cases of property are pending in the lower court between brothers and sisters. Due to private job brothers are filling false complaints of such civil cases at my job place to my management so that I could be removed from the job. Although the management was satisfied that these are civil property cases after the death of parents which created by own relatives and nothing to do with my job. But I feel embarrassment towards my co-employees. Is there any way I can stop them for filling false complaints and moreover when the matter is pending in court. Please advice.

What can be done would depend upon the nature of complaints filed by the brother and cannot be answered on such vague statements. Consult a local lawyer with the complaint copies to get proper guidance.

I THINK Adv Archana IS RIGHT.

Neither contempt of court proceeding can be got initiated nor this is a case for filing a separate complaint before the concerned court. Better to serve a notice to those persons with warning to charge compensation if such activities are not stopped with immediate effect.

1. You have a very good case for filing defamation suits against the persons responsible for your disrepute.
2. You may send a legal notice explaining embarrassing situation faced by you at your work place.
3. Or in the alternative, you may file a Complaint under Domestic Violence Act in your WORK PLACE AREA's Criminal Court against the persons responsible.
4. You may file the copy of the Complaint in all the Civil Cases in which you are a party alongwith a memo for the information of the Civil Courts concerned. That will embarrass your opponents in the civil cases and so that they wont wag their tails!!
5. Engage a good Criminal Lawyer for pursuance of the Complaint.
