Wife told my salary Rs 19,000 in 125 crpc
I replied that presently I am unemployed.
Now how can she prove that I am working and earning.

Actually, I changed my job to some other company.

She may get information that you are working somewhere and approach the employers and get details of your job and submit details to the court.
Or else she can get a notice issued to the employer from the court and then the employer has to put his stance

Dear Hukum Singh
The burden of Proof lies upon you and not her, it is your duty to prove that you are unemployed. if you are unable to prove it then court pass an order of maintenance as per the Minimum Wages act of state in which the case is pending and you will be liable to pay the maintenance to her.
