i did not get my job after my mother dead she was group d employee in central government office i.e.custom house in kolkata
i am waiting for job since last 10 years
so please tell me the procedure how i get my job

No govt. department maintains list for compassionate appointment till 10 years so better to search some other job. govt. is not going to oblige you.

Unless you furnish the information about the department your mother worked,whether you are eligible for compassionate appointkent,etc.,it may not be possible to lend advise.

compassionate appointment is not matter of right . it is largely related to the need for immediate assistance to the family of the government servant in order to relieve it from economic distress.
the object of compassionate appointment scheme is to grant job to a dependent family member of a government servant dying in harness or who has retired on medical grounds, thereby leaving his family in penury and without any means of livelihood, to relieve his or her family from financial destitution and to help them get over the emergency. -
you have not mentioned when you made an application for appointment . at this stage the chances of your appointmenty are extremely bleak
