Lease deed

Respected Expert,
We have purchased a Property in gujarat. The said Property is leased out to one of the Bank. However after the sale deed is registered in our name, the bank is not ready to pay the lease rentals to us.
And the seller of the property refuses to sign the lease deed in our favour due to some wrong intention of him.
WHAT ARE THE ACTIONS WE CAN TAKE AGAINST THE BANK IN THIS CASE ?
Bank says you get the lease deed from the seller to be in your name and we will start making payment to you.
PLEASE HELP IT IS HIGHLY TENSION FUL FOR US

if sale deed is registered in your name you are the owner of said property . you were granted posession of ptoperty . subseqently you cna give premises to bank on leave and license . if bank is refusing to pay rentals ask bank to vacate the premises . issue termination notice as per agreement

Would like to mention that Bank is insisting we have made Lease deed with the Previous owner and not with you.
So You first get the Lease deed to be afformed in your name and then only we will make payment.

you had earlier mentioned that as per sale deed you had purchased property from previous owner .
where is question of lease deed ?bank cannot insist that you enter into lease deed with previous owner
you have not stated facts of case correctly .
contact a local lawtyer . it is necessary to go through the agreement entered into by you with previous owner to advise
