What is the procedure to appoint government advocate? because i am not able to pay private advocate fees.

Move a simple application before the judge in whose court you want to file the case and pray in that application to provide you free legal aid which shall be provided you on the same day on the basis of your economic condition. You need not to incur even a single penny in that event either on lawyer or any other litigation expenses like typing, stamp, process fee etc.
