greetings to experts ,

please help me with procedure of criminal trial..m condused with chief , cross and statement of accused..what is importance of statement of accused? when it is done? what do u mean by evidence closed? during non-appearnce of witness or councel can court close evidence? can v recall it or open it? pls help

Read CRPC carefully, visit the court and witness the proceedings regularly.
You need to undergo practical classes, not theoretical lessons.
