Stc (summon trial case)

(Querist) 29 April 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir, We filed private complaint FIR U/s IPC 294(b),341,506(1), 419,468,471, District Crime Branch filed STC to Magistrate. Magistrate sent summon to my father (complainant) and police arranged two evidence ( we are not bring this two person) . But my advocate asked to pay rupees two hundred for every witness to attend enquiry at Magistrate court is it legal to pay from our pocket to pay rupees two hundred to witness every vaytha. two evidence relation to accused kindly advise me. Thanks ,
