hello sir i self gaurav khurana. mera case karkaduma cort mai chal raha h... due to many problems.kafi sare real facts nd partis or working mai court mai show nh kar paya.. or ab case final argu ki stage par move kar gaya hai. kya mai kisi tarha se amendment karva sakta hu... iska kya process hai. or basicaly amendment ka means kya hai.??? or mai kis tarha se amendment allow karvau there is many problem in front of me please help me.

amendment application have to be made prior to issues being framed . in your case not only issues have been framed but evidence has been led by both the parties . case is fixed for final arguments . at this stage it is highly doubtful that court will consider your request sympathetically

If your suit is filed after the year 2002 , no amendment would be allowed after start of trial.

amendment prarthna patar lane ki koi samye seema nhi hai aur aap un tathyon ko aaj bhi order6 rule 17 read with section 151 of cpc ke antargat la sakte hain.

after amendment of CPC in the year 2002 the amendment at any stage of trial is no more possible.Only if the proviso is fulfilled then only in rare circumstance it can be allowed.
read the Act carefully.
