i want information
the matter is ,one person was taken amount near about 4 lakhs from his friend in 2011 and given him security cheque is amount of 1 lakhs, then he returns said amount in 2012 ,he fergot said cheque take back, now that person dishonestly produce in court, now what will happen in court
and what to do now

From your quarry the position is not clear as to
a) whether the cheque was blank,or undated or blank to what extent.
b) Whether the cheque was presented in the Bank and was bounced and if so on what grounds.
c) On what pleadings / grounds the person has approached the court.
However, you should engage a good local lawyer to assist you and present your side to the court. Court decides the issues on merits.
