To register as trademark attorney

Greetings !!

Please advise how to get registed as trademark attorney or how to procure Attorney code.[Is it required to take any exam for procuring Attorney code]

Also since trademark application can be filed online , how to procure the User ID & User Code to log in for filing online TM application.

Get in touch with IP Department of the Union of India. They advertise for such examination on regular basis.

I think for Advocates its not required to take any exam.

Such examination is not required but some institutions do arrange such examination, the information about those institutions is readily available online. It enhances the chances to get such specific cases.
