MY CLIENTS SOME GANOTIYA DOING AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES REGULARLY ON AGRI.LAND IN WHICH THEY ARE GANOTIYA SINCE 1951 CAN THEY BECOME OWNER OF THAT LAND? SOME OTHER GANOTIYA HAVE DONE PROCEDURE IN 1994 AND THEY BECOME OWNER NOW WHAT THE OTHERS REMAINING GANOTIYA SHOULD DO TO BECOME OWNER OF THAT LAND?

make an application to the Mamlatdar and ALT for necessary order holding the petitioners as Ganotiya and deemed purchaser of the said land. contact a local lawyer .
