Q)my second session of mediation is to be held on 18 of feb . i want that this should be my last session . can it be possible? i m sure my wife wont agree to my terms.

try to appear to be very reasonable in your approach . if there is no possiblity of settlement then mediation will fail

There is no limit of such sessions. It can get failed even after a single mediation and where it seems there is hope of reconciliation, it may get enhanced so that both parties may develop mutual trust.

Nobody can force u to continue mediation , court will try to sought out the issue through mediation if any one of the disagree it will not go further
