Amalgamation of public trusts

Can two Public Trusts registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, one engaged in Charitable Activity and other engaged in Educational Activity be amalgamated? If yes then what is the procedure for the same?

As the aims and objects of both trusts are different so as per amalgamation clause, such trusts cannot be clubbed or amulgmated.
