Threads for filing false complaints

First of all I thanks all the advisers and advocate on the lawyersclubindia for giving their valuable advice. Further my query is that from time to time I had to go to attend court cases at my native place where my property is situated and taken forcefully possession by my own brother after the dead of my parents. He threads me that he shall file false complaint with police. Is there any solution if he files false complaints against me what can be immediate remedy.

You your self lodge a complaint about his threatening.

If he lodges any complaint against you only then you should rebut it on the basis of law and facts of the matter.
