Order of bailable warrant under ni act 138

(Querist) 12 January 2013 This query is : Resolved
In my case under Ni 138 the ACJM's court has ordered the issue of Bailable warrant worth Rs 10,000/- against me. The warrant has NOT been issued because the complainant party has not been appearing on dates. The case is now moved to a JM's court. Do I still need bail or should I just appear before the court through my lawyer? If I do need bail, please explain the relevant procedure.
