state full facts.

If you are asking for contested divorce then you can file and pray for exemption on exceptional ground.
However for mutual divorce there is no such exemption given.

any one of you tell me the proper way....

Just file divorce petition in usua form
Justify your urgent need, that if it last longer, unbearable suffering on petitioner's life/ charge cruelty etc, that may ruin life of petitioner, and delay will not help either party, it will damage more.
So condone the period.

Dear Sir,

Generally such a petition is not allowed. However, in exceptional circumstances, the petition may be considered.
