Sir,
hvng bailed out on 21st Dec, today morn IO visited my place and gave me a notice as to where I have hidden stridhan of my wife. Told him that all the stuff has been returned in CAW cell, she has raided my house, my mom's locker and taken away a necklace set and now I donot have anything with me and have not hidden anything anywhere. He scolded me that I should give my ralatives address as my wife wants to raid all my relatives house. I told him that she should have addresses and if u want to raid, do it. But each relative of mine will file MANNHANI case of Rs 50 lacs each.
He was mantioning of Mahila mukti morcah which I did not understand. It is more than 18 months our case is one. DV and Maintenance case is on.
Kindly guide what prcautions I have to take to save my family and relatives.

what evidence do you have for return of istridhana.
Why your relatives will file manahani.
You have to apprise the court of these developments and contact your lawyers. In case the case property is not recovered IO can make application for remand.
