respected sir.
i want to know that why is when a house loan is advanced to an individual person why is so bank ask for documents past 30 years??? why particularly 30 years is taken into consideration.?

the thirty years is period specified in the statute of limitation for perfecting title by adverse possesion where the property in question is vested with the government hence it is bench mark period for verifying your title against all other claimants .thus thirty years proof of title is immunity against all claimants
