If the loss is due to the negligence of the claimant then the company may refuse the insurance payment.

If persson stand his bike without handle lock is his negligence is question of evidence.If insurance company proves claimant's negligence then insurance company refuse insurance payment.

i think what need of insurence if bike is stand there!
