Mhada property

i have purchased a mhada property in 2003 before my marriage now when i am staying with my parents i am single owner of mhada property i have all mhada documents in my name like allotment latter and all in 2005 i married after that i want to my husbands place since 2006 i told to my parents and my brother that i want my flat back but they are refuse my request now what can i do please guide me

Thsi is family dispute. Try to resolve it amicably.
if you fail then you will have no option but to file a suit for eviction of licensees.

You are absolute owner of the property and no one without your consent can snatch it from you. In case you want to insert the name of your husband in the property document, none can stop you but it shall be good if the harmonious atmosphere is created in the family.
