Dear Kumar,

All the columns of the attestation form would have to be filled up correctly. Since the information contained in the attestation form is meant for police verification for the purpose of joining a Government job, any concealment of fact on your part and subsequent detection by police may tend to result in to your disqualification for the job. If you state the fact, the FIR having already been quashed, that may not be treated as a disqualification. So, be truthful when you fill up attestation form on selection for any Government job.

You need to put your final order as and when need arises.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 01 December 2012
I may have to disagree with some experts.

the attestation form is filled only after selection ad police verification is done after selection. So selection does not confer any title to the post.

The form contains columns for details of each arrest, prosecution, bail, conviction, detention, etc.
