sir i just wanted to know that as i am married 4.5 yrs back and happily spending my married life and suddenly now my father in law is not sending my wife to me first she opposed her father but now after two months even she is refusing to come.... what shall i do.... further as i want her back into my life what shall i do... please suggest

what is the reason why she dosent want to come back ? find the reasons ? does she want a divorce ? you cant force her to stay with you .

send a legal notice to her asking her to come back to you.

thanks adv R.K. Nanda... what kind of legal notice should i send to her... actually my father in law wants me to stay with him at his house... and that is not possible for me to stay with them.... this is the real problem... as they have emteyed my house where i used to stay and dont know where they have shifted my luggage... as all my educational documents are with them along with some gold and many more important things.....

Dear Client,
File a suit in the District Court for Restitution of Conjugal Rights in case she refuses to join you without any reasonable cause. In case she refuses to join you even after one year from the date of decree for Restitution Of Conjugal Rights you may straight away file a case for divorce.

can she take a devorce without my permission....???? or without knowing me or can she take "khula" just for a silly reason... plz let me know...??????

Khula is the right of a woman in Islam to seek a divorce or separation from her husband. More accurately, it is merely the right of a wife to seek a release from the marriage bond. she has to retrun the meher given to her

restitution of conjugal rights . you have to make an application in family court . you want your wife to stay with you as your wife . contact a local lawyer . he will do the needful

Go with few respectable persons to her and ur FIL
Discuss the problem it's solutions/ alternates.
Later if it don't work out, ask ur Jamat,/ Mulla for Divorce
