Bail cancellation due to second fir

(Querist) 21 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
My cousins are on bail for sections 447, 448 IPC. My cousins were trespassing on my property and house again and another FIR was registered under sections 447, 448, 506 and 120B of IPC. Also one cousin had proceedings under sections 107/150 started at SDM Court. I understand second FIR is for bailable offences. My question is can I get conditions imposed on bail order or should I try for cancellation of bail? Thanking you in advance.

I forgot to mention first FIR had some non-bailable offences like 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC.

you must have engaged a lawyer . go by his advise .
bail can be cancelled if the accused has violated terms and conditions for granting of bail . you can draw the attention of the court that earlier also accused has committed offence wherein trial is pending .

It is not upto you to impose condition on bail The court would decide the conditions. If there is ground conditions may be imposed though it is hardly allowed in bailable cases.

if he has violated the conditions of the bail, you may apprise the court and pray for its cancellation
