Dear Sir,
kindly suggest that, the session judge said to the adocate of husband to make present of husband before the court in anticipatory bail. in two hearing the same things are repeated and advocate of husband said to issue protection order and judge agreed to give.
my froends are saying that if husband is not in compromising with wife due to implicating in false case than why the protection is requred from the court to come and present the husbnad in the court.
i am saying that if judge is saying again and again to make present the husbnad and judge also agreed to give protection than it is prudential and proper to make present the husbnand.
kindly suugest that protection order can be taken as judge agreed to give it will two benefit that husbnad will present before the court and make aware the judge about the intention of wife to make all the alegation false another husband can meet the IO and IO can give afterthat chargesheet.
kindly advice on the above.

It means the Judge wish to speak with the husband and for doing that during his presence he would not be arrested.
May be the court is thinking of making settlement.
It happens here in Calcutta High Court quite often.
If mutual settlement fails thereafter the court would hear the bail petition on merit.
