1. A CIVIL SUIT IS DECREED IN FAVOUR OF THE PLAINTIFF IN A COURT IN DELHI FOR PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF THE CHEQUE PLUS INTEREST. THE DEFENDANT DOESN'T PAY ANY AMOUNT EVEN AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORDER. WHAT REMEDIES ARE AVAILABLE TO THE PLAINTIFF?

2. HOW TO GET THE DECREE EXECUTED?

3. WHAT DOCUMENTS HAVE TO BE FILED BEFORE THE COURT?

for execution of decree.

B.file documents with EP.

File a petition in same court who passed the decree under order 21 rule 11[2] of C.P.C and mention therein all the required particulars alongwith certified copy of decree and judgment.
